16/03/2025 PA-05 isn't a project. It's a place. I'm sure of it. I found references to employees, equipment transportation, and maintenance. But it doesn't show up as a normal facility. It doesn't have a full address. No website. I can't find any pictures. Nothing. All I know is that it's somewhere near Altoona. Why would they hide a laboratory?
